Arty Straehla

Chief Executive Officer and Director

Arty Straehla has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors since our formation on June 3, 2016. Mr. Straehla has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Mammoth Partners since February 1, 2016.

Prior to joining our company, Mr. Straehla was employed as Chief Executive Officer by Serva Group LLC, an oilfield equipment manufacturer, from July 2010 to January 2016. Mr. Straehla was employed by Diamondback Energy Services, Inc. from January 2006 to November 2008, where his last position was Chief Executive Officer.

In December 2005, Mr. Straehla completed a 26-year career with the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. where his last position was the director of consumer tire manufacturing for the North American consumer tire operations. In this capacity, Mr. Straehla oversaw eight tire plants with 12,000 employees, a $2.5 billion operating budget, a $115.0 million capital expenditures budget and a production capacity of 100 million tires per year.

Mr. Straehla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and a Master of Arts degree in History from Oklahoma State University. Mr. Straehla also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma City University.

Mark Layton

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Layton became Chief Financial Officer of our general partner in August 2014.

Mr. Layton served as Chief Financial Officer of Stingray Pressure Pumping LLC from January 2014 to August 2014. Mr. Layton was employed from August 2011 through January 2014 by Archer Well Company Inc. where his last position was Director of Finance for North America. From September 2009 through August 2011, Mr. Layton was employed by Great White Energy Services, Inc. where his last position was Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Reporting.

Mr. Layton served as Vice President of Finance of Crossroads Wireless, Inc., a wireless telecommunications service company, from May 2007 through September 2009. From April 2004 through May 2007, Mr. Layton served as the Director of Financial Reporting for Chickasaw Holding Company, a telecommunications service company.

He began his career in public accounting with Finley & Cook PLLC. Mr. Layton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma. Mr. Layton is a Certified Public Accountant.

Experienced Oilfield Service Management and Operating Teams

In our oilfield service divisions, our senior managers have an average of over 35 years of relevant experience. In addition, our field managers have expertise in the areas in which they operate and understand the regional challenges that our customers face. We believe their knowledge of our industry and business lines enhances our ability to provide innovative, client-focused customer service, which we believe strengthens our relationships with our customers.

Highly Trained and Experienced Infrastructure Divisions

In addition, our management team has more than 25 years of experience in the infrastructure industry with some of the large investor owned utilities (IOUs) and publicly traded engineering and construction (E&C) companies. Our operational teams are highly experienced in some of the most complex aviation and highline construction techniques with our team members having 10 years on average of experience. The experience of our infrastructure division allows us to target highly specialized transmission projects that require aviation support.
